Happy Little Trees for Hiding Caches

Aw, it came! My packet for the Michigan State Parks Happy Little Trees 5K walk. Woo hoo! Proceeds go towards planting new trees for our state parks! 

TaGeez and I were planning on walking the 5K at Hartwick Pines (Michigan's Oldest "old growth" trees), but the event was cancelled due to COROVID-19. Gosh, those trees are amazing! We'll probably stay closer to home with a stroll around Belle Isle State Park.

FACTOID: Some is the State Parks received "Bob Ross Happy Little Trees" signs last year, but they were highly-desired high-theft items. We visited 100 state parks last year and never saw one.

Gsix5666 arrived at the Taco Tuesday - International Day of Awesomeness event with a grin on his face.

"I have something here for you. Can you guess what this is? Oh, and the little vial is water."

Then he sat back and smiled. Do you know what his present is below?

We guessed water testers, CoronaVirus, antacids. No? Glenn was enjoying himself immensely.

"Put it in your pack. You will be glad you have it".

What do we do with it? 

"Just add two drops of water."

These are Portawipes Compressed Toilet Paper Tablet Coin Tissues! Never GO without again! What a hoot and, oh so practical!

It was a very fun night. We ended it with a Large FTF in a field - all the cool kids were there!

Rocking Some Major Milestones!

Big milestones today! Found my 10,000th geocache and completed 8 years cache-a-day streaking! And tomorrow I turn 50!
